Ryogen Taguchi

Ryogen Taguchi is a Senior Consultant with Mobility Consulting at S&P Global Mobility.

Ryogen works as a consultant at S&P Global Mobility Consulting and is based in Tokyo, Japan. His functional exposure primarily focuses on mobility projects and capabilities for Japan, as well as on sustainability, especially for financial institutions.

Within these domains, Ryogen has tackled a broad set of questions, from analyzing market dynamics and economic impact to industry decarbonization and scenario analysis.

Prior to S&P Global, Ryogen worked mainly with Japanese motorsport teams as race, performance, and data engineer. He collected and analyzed data from the race car, optimized vehicle setting changes to improve performance, and decided on race strategies to maximize the possibility of success.​

Ryogen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University in Canada.
