Adam Marchuck

Adam Marchuck is the Chief Legal Officer of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Adam is based in New York and leads a global team that provides legal and compliance support to the entire division in an operationally efficient and effective manner.

Adam joined S&P Global in 2000 as a Licensing & Contracts managing attorney for many of the company’s businesses. In 2006 Adam took on a new role founding the Content Acquisition & Strategic Alliances (CASA) department, supporting third-party data licensing activities for S&P Global. In 2011 Adam accepted a role as VP, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary of The Dun & Bradstreet Corp., where he spent five years as Chief Commercial Counsel for the company. Adam returned to S&P Global In 2016 and took on his current role in 2018.

Adam received a J.D. degree from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts Economics from Binghamton University.
