Jon Tarris

Jon Tarris is a Director of Technical Research specializing in Asset Valuation and S&P Global’s Vantage product.

Mr. Tarris is based in our Tetbury office and leads a team responsible for the integrity of asset level data available in IHS Markit's Vantage product. He and his team of specialist analysts work to continually innovate the approach to data modelling, ensuring asset level production forecasts and cost estimates are of superior quality. Prior to joining S&P Global, he worked at Deloitte, tracking, collating and scouting critical industry intelligence in the Middle East and North Africa region. Mr. Tarris holds an MSc in Geology from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
