Emma Xie He is a senior research analyst on the Climate and Sustainability team at S&P Global.

Ms. He manages demand forecasting and leads North American power demand outlooks that are integrated with energy, economics, and country risk forecast services. She consults on power market development and contributes to the broader power modeling effort at S&P Global. Ms. He's research encompasses electrification trends, projected distributed generation resources, electric vehicles, energy efficiency, and corporate power purchase agreements. Previously, she worked at the World Bank on microgrids, high-voltage direct current transmission, and energy project impact evaluation. Ms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree from the School of the Environment at Duke University, both in the United States.
